Constructed of blackened magnetic metal, with a bronze backplate and horizontal pinback, with a period original ribbon band bearing the monogram of Grand Duke Friedrich Wilhelm, unmarked, measuring 46. 58 mm (w) x 23. 62 mm (h), apparent material fatigue otherwise fine.
