In order to promote the reputation of the world famous vineyard locations of "Brauneberger Juffer" and "Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr" even more even Napoleon counted them amongst the pearls of the Mosel region Dusemond was renamed Brauneberg in 1925.
